Restoration query

My Aunt, who is 83, has a Chambers (Model 90?) with a high back. It is white and has been used daily by her since she purchased it - 'before I was born.' Over the years, some of the pieces (like pilot cover) have lost their chrome look and the deep well no longer functions.

She LOVES this range.

Is there a restoration company the group can recommend near Pittsburgh, PA that can quickly service and restore this range? I say quickly only due to the fact that my Uncle would starve, if my Aunt lost this range for too long a time.

Your aunt is a wise woman to want to hang on to her stove!! Have you gotten any references yet? If not, are you mechanical enough to read a Service Manual and figure it out yourself? One of the best things about a Chamber stove is that there are manuals available, and parts, unlike many of the other vintage stoves. With a little ingenuity and this manual, you can fix just about anything.
